- Maintain internal reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics
- Monitor and report progress on the flow of tasks and processes
- Organising orders for photoshoots
- Maintain reporting for product status tracking
- Communicate workflow progress and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
- Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to source and organise products
- Any other duties requested by the Leadership Team
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
