- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend, Tridium, Distech & ACL systems.
- Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
- Travel across the London area with occasional trips outside of this area if required (though not on a regular basis).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience with 1 of Trend, Tridium, Delta & ACL
- License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
