- Be a ‘hands on’, subject matter expert, working with state-of-the-art manufacturing and packaging equipment and associated computerised operating systems
- Oversee the completion of production batches with responsibility for ensuring operations are completed in a safe and compliant manner
- Support the introduction of new equipment and processes
- Identify challenges and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
- Interested in delivery of a high quality, safe and efficacious product to our clients and their patients
- A graduate or An experienced production operator currently working in the pharmaceutical / engineering industry
- Motivated and keen to learn about the pharmaceutical industry
- An excellent communicator and team player
- Keen to develop and grow with a fast paced, expanding business
- For new graduates, the route to the role of Production Technician is via the Graduate Production Technician role.
- We have roles suitable for those people with a third level education (e.g. HNC, HND (or higher) in a Life Science or Engineering subject), and no previous experience
- Offering a clear career pathway, a Graduate Production Technician can expect to progress to a Production Technician within 2 - 3 years (dependent on performance).
- The role is suitable for people with significant relevant experience working within the pharmaceutical industry or in an engineering environment.
