- Oversee a busy caseload of residential sale, purchase, and re-mortgage cases
- Shape processes from file inception through to exchange and completion
- Build relationships with clients, referrers, estate agents, and internal teams
- Drive targets with a commercial mindset and business development input
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Proven track record of managing a conveyancing team
- Expert in title checks, raising and resolving inquiries
- Excellent communicator with strong client service and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using case management software, with sharp attention to detail
- Organised multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
