- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs, interests, and buying potential.
- Present and explain product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively close sales.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information and sales activity.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better position our products or services in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
- Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
