- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for children with a range of complex learning needs including Autism, Downs Syndrome, Communication Impairments and Physical Disabilities .
- Teaching a small class of primary aged pupils, with support from skilled teaching assistants.
- Working closely with the wider school team to implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom that supports communication, independence, and social development.
- Making learning fun, engaging and interactive for pupils the leadership believes that school should be a special place for every child.
