Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Recruitment Manager to join their London-based team, back filling a role due to an upcoming departure. This position focuses on early careers and direct hiring, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruitment across corporate services functions.
  • Leading recruitment for intern and early careers programmes
  • Managing hiring across corporate services functions including ICT, Marketing, Finance, FOH, and Business Services
  • Liaising with agencies, overseeing deployment, and managing screening and selection
  • Driving social media content, employer branding, and attraction strategies
  • Supporting DE&I initiatives and helping to build inclusive, diverse pipelines
  • Contributing to strategic projects and working with ambiguity
Experience working in early careers, direct sourcing and high volume Experience reducing agency costs
  • A creative and adaptable recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to flex and pivot as needed
  • Someone who's excited to make a visible impact on the employer brand and diversity agenda
  • 5+ years within in house recruitment
Our client is a global strategic advisory firm that partners with leading organisations to navigate critical issues, enhance reputation, and engage effectively with stakeholders. With a presence in major financial and political hubs worldwide, they specialise in high-impact communications across areas such as corporate affairs, crisis management, M&A, ESG, and public policy.Reporting into the Head of Talent, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in shaping the employer brand and attraction strategy. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to broader talent initiatives, including social media, EVP, DE&I, and building diverse talent pipelines.This is a permanent opportunity, and the salary expectations are from £55,000 + depending on experience but will look at £60,000.Working as part of the wider people function team, this is a great place to land and to make an impact very early on.
