- Managing hiring across corporate services functions including ICT, Marketing, Finance, FOH, and Business Services
- Liaising with agencies, overseeing deployment, and managing screening and selection
- Driving social media content, employer branding, and attraction strategies
- Supporting DE&I initiatives and helping to build inclusive, diverse pipelines
- Contributing to strategic projects and working with ambiguity
- A creative and adaptable recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to flex and pivot as needed
- Someone who's excited to make a visible impact on the employer brand and diversity agenda
