- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Board implementation projects and cross-functional programs, from scoping to post-go-live support.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment across dependencies, budgets, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate delivery across interrelated projects under a unified program structure, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, executives, and internal delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain program-level artifacts such as program charters, integrated master schedules, RAID logs, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide program-level reporting and performance insights to internal and client leadership, escalating risks and recommending mitigations as needed.
- Drive governance practices and facilitate steering committee meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and implemented effectively.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs, consultants, and delivery leads, contributing to the maturity of the project management function.
- Champion best practices in program and project delivery, using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Board's Boarding PASS delivery methodology, while customizing to customer context and enterprise standards.
- 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management, with proven success delivering enterprise SaaS, BI, EPM, or CPM solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing interdependent project workstreams within a unified program framework.
- Deep knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide diverse delivery teams toward common goals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- High business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable project and program plans.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%) to customer sites, mainly within the assigned region.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM Master certification.
- Experience with Board or comparable platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, TM1).
- Familiarity with program management standards (e.g., MSP – Managing Successful Programmes).
- Experience managing large portfolios of projects or overseeing enterprise transformation programs.
- Multilingual proficiency (English required; additional European languages a plus).
