Senior Creative - Experiential & Brand Activation£50,000 - £60,000Hybrid - 3 days in BerkshireTomorrow are working with an award-winning creative brand experience agency that's part of a leading global marketing group. Known for bold thinking and beautifully crafted campaigns, they create stand-out work across live activations, digital, and retail , connecting major brands with consumers in powerful, memorable ways.They're now looking for a Senior Creative to join their growing team, a conceptual thinker and hands-on creator who thrives on turning big ideas into fully formed experiences. You'll play a key role across digital and physical activations, with a focus on retail, experiential, and OOH.What they're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role within an experiential or brand activation agency
  • A passion for shaping brand stories in the physical and digital world from concept through to execution
  • A strong grasp of experiential, shopper, retail, and live environments
  • Confident working independently or as part of a wider creative and production team
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and comfortable with MS Office
  • A strong communicator with commercial awareness and a collaborative spirit
  • Based within commuting distance of Maidenhead and able to work in the studio 3 days per week
  • Full right to work in the UK
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver standout ideas in collaboration with Creative Directors and strategists
  • Lead the creative on pitches and projects, working with design and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • Craft meaningful narratives, user journeys and experience concepts that connect with audiences
  • Support the creation of new business proposals with insight-led, boundary-pushing thinking
  • Be an ambassador for creativity across the agency, driving forward ideas that evolve brand experiences in fresh ways
