Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for dedicated TAs to work in primary schools across Middlesbrough, supporting children with a range of additional needs.Location: Middlesbrough

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) – Full TimeAbout the Role:Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needsAssist class teachers in adapting resources and delivering inclusive lessonsSupport emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour management strategiesWork closely with SENCOs, parents, and external agencies to meet individual learning plansFoster a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thriveWhat We’re Looking For:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, supportive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffThis is a full-time role, with potential for long-term or permanent opportunities for the right candidate.Passionate about supporting children with SEN?

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
