Description:An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated GP to join the 3 partners in our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice. We are willing to be flexible with start date and working schedule for the right candidate.
  • We are a GMS Practice with a list size of approximately 9,500
  • We have a Telephone Triage System in place and also use E-Consult
  • There are no OOH commitments
  • Our clinical team consists of 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner, Paramedic Practitioner and 2 Nurse Practitioners
  • We have an excellent Nursing Team involved in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management
  • There are strong links with our Community Nursing Team, First Contact Physiotherapists, Acute Clinical Practitioner and Community Mental Health Teams.
  • Our team includes Practitioners with special interests in Minor Surgery, Contraceptive Implants and IUCD procedures
  • We participate in Medical Student training
  • Paperlight using Vision and Docman
