- Support the setup and delivery of Fanzone activities, games, and
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting supporters with ticketing queries, wayfinding, and general matchday information and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of pre-match and half-time activities to a high standard.
- Act as a friendly and approachable representative of Blackburn Rovers, ensuring all fans feel welcome
- Work closely with the Marketing and Matchday Operations teams to ensure activations run smoothly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work with the minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of people.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with the public
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Flexible and reliable, with a proactive attitude
- Previous customer service or event support experience is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of fan engagement
- Awareness of Blackburn Rovers and it's supporter base
- Basic knowledge of digital ticketing systems and matchday operations (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with health & safety, and safeguarding principles when working with children and families
