- Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
- Hours: Monday - Friday ONLY - 8:30am-5:30pm (No Weekends!)
- You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
- You must be capable of carrying out diagnostic, service and repair work to a high standard.
- Previous franchise dealership experience is ideal but not essential - full manufacturer training is provided.
- A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service is essential.
- Completing vehicle health checks using electronic systems with accuracy.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensuring all work is completed within agreed time-frames while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Carrying out road tests and reporting issues as necessary.
- Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus potential of up to £40,000+
- Monday to Friday working only - No Saturday shifts!
