  • This is a temporary position, covering maternity leave for approximately 6 months, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 9am and 2.30pm, leaving your weekends and evenings free - a rarity when you work within hospitality!
  • The hourly rate is £12.21.

A day in the life of a Catering Assistant:
  • Basic food preparation including sandwiches, grab and go items, basic hot food if required.
  • Serving customers and operating the till, providing opportunities for upselling products, and ensuring you are providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Stocking up and putting away deliveries
  • General cleaning back and front of house, making sure the unit is clean and tidy before, during and after service.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
  • Previous catering experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
