- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Background in a service-focused business.
- Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
