They are also very proud to have been recognised and rewarded by the Princess Royal Training Awards within the last 12 months.What we are looking forWe are looking for a passionate and proactive Childcare Trainerto join our Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality training and development initiatives for our Children’s Home Residential Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting best practice. Also supporting and providing training for our homecare teams delivering CQC regulated activities for children within the community.Someone who can -
  • Design and deliver blended learning interventions tailored to residential childcare and support within the community
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and compliance with Ofsted and health & safety standards.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce development and training design.
  • Provide a relevant qualification in training, learning & development, or residential childcare (Level 4/5 QCF or equivalent).
  • Deliver learning and development projects, within residential childcare.
  • Understanding blended learning and the needs of children in care.
  • Communicate effectively, and have great planning, and presentation skills.
This is role is office based within Warrington branch, but you will be required to travel across branches and homes networkEssential:
  • Previous experience in a providing Ofsted Regulated Childcare Training
  • Full UK drivers licence with access to own vehicle.
  • Must be willing to travel across all the Northwest when necessary
  • Occasional travel may be needed across the organisation to support and deliver training in our homecare teams supporting children in the community
