- Supporting Company Secretariat in ensuring compliance obligations under the Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Market Abuse Rules Regime, Companies Act 2006 and UK Corporate Governance Code are met.
- Advising and assisting with Shareholders Services including organising the Annual General Meeting.
- Assisting with the Management of the Board, Committee and Subsidiary Meetings. This will include acting as Secretary on one or more Board Committees and drafting minutes for meetings.
- Leading on the Companies insurance processes, including liaising with the insurance brokers and responsible business owners to ensure the insurance policies are renewed on time.
- Overseeing the Companies whistleblowing process and conducting training to ensure any whistleblowing concerns are examined appropriately.
- Ensure that the team fully understand and comply with the organisation's Risk Management and Data Governance Policies.
- 5+ years of experience (or comparable) as an Assistant Company Secretary
- 3+ years of experience (or comparable) to listing obligations
- 1+ year of experience (or comparable) to share plans
- Strong PLC experience
- Experience working within a Bank or Financial Services (ideally working in one now or was working within the sector in their last role)
