- Counselling qualification
- Advanced communication skills qualification
- Masters' Degree
- Previous NHS experience in Radiotherapy
- Significant senior experience working clinically as a Therapeutic Radiographer, having experience of caring for patients with a broad range of cancers.
- Experience working within a treatment review role
- Team management experience
- Participation in radiotherapy development work
- Participation in the implementation of a change in practice
- Participation in research
- Previous experience of information giving
- Exhibits behaviours and ways of working that align with the Trust values.
- Self-motivated, independent practitioner, able to organise and prioritise all working practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, in an unpredictable working environment, maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
- Excellent organisational and decision making skills.

- Evidence of problem solving skills and the ability to deal with and respond to interruptions in their working environment.
- Knowledge of IR(ME)R 2017, IRR 2017 and responsibilities relating to own professional practice and HCPC registration.
