No formal experience is needed—just empathy, resilience, and a willingness to learn.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting one pupil consistently throughout the school dayBuilding a positive relationship based on trust and encouragementHelping them regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidenceUsing strategies shared by teachers, SENCOs, and behaviour teamsEncouraging independence, progress, and participation in classroom routines
