Our client is seeking a skilled Drainage Engineer for a contract role. This exciting position will involve delivering designs across highways, property, and development, with a focus on flood management and drainage.Key skills required for this roleDrainage, design, engineer, highways, property, development, flood management, LLFAImportantKey experience in delivering designs across highways,property, development in respect to flood management and drainageJob descriptionAdditional Info: looking for someone with a good range of drainage design skills in these areas:1) Highway Drainage Design to DMRB for ETE project work2) LLFA/ S278/S38/S106 experience both in design and checking of designs as part of a mixed project/ HDA/ LLFA workload3) Foul and Surface Water Drainage Design to Building Regulations/ Sewers for Adoption (Sewage Industry Guidance) for Development project work4) Specialist design of small packaged sewage treatment plants and drainage fields/ mounds/ outfalls would be a desirable skill5) Flood modelling (Pluvial/ Fluvial) would be a desirable skill Resources should desirably be proficient in use of AutoCAD/Civils 3D or Causeway Live/PDS, and have experience of writing contracts in SHW (Highways England) and/or NBS formats.
