- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to achieve or exceed sales appointment bookings in a competitive environment
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Identify potential customers using on-line tools, utilising Apollo, Kaspr and intent data
- Qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, events, and social outreach (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects
- Work with the Digital Marketing Project Executive to qualify leads using data-capturing AI software (e.g. Launched / Similar tools)
- Conduct A/B testing through HubSpot Sales to refine lead engagement strategies across various industries and Britannic’s ICP
- Present and promote Britannic’s products and services to prospects
- Understand customer/prospect requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs
- Assist in achieving sales objectives by driving lead conversion and revenue growth
- Engage with existing and potential clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities
- Nurture leads through a mix of proactive outreach, including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging
- Work pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication
- Act as a brand ambassador for Britannic Technologies at all times
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the HubSpot CRM, tracking lead lifecycle, inbound and outbound activities, and all associated sales tasks
