  • Assist senior scouts in identifying and evaluating young football talent in local leagues and community events.
  • Compile detailed reports on player performance, potential, and areas for development using statistical data and observational insights.
  • Collaborate with lead staff to understand team needs and align scouting activities with organizational goals.
  • Attend training sessions and matches regularly to maintain an updated understanding of player progress and team dynamics.
  • Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance scouting skills and stay informed about the latest trends in sports analytics and talent identification.
Requirements
