- Owning compliance checks to ensure we remain compliant with the relevant remuneration regulations
- Supporting remuneration regulatory reporting and internal audits
- Supporting with Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification
- Supporting Remuneration Committee preparation, from drafting papers to coordinating reviews with key stakeholders
- Supporting executive compensation administration
- Preparing presentations for senior stakeholders
- Leading various activities across the Reward & People Tech squad
- Providing administrative support to the Reward & People Tech squad

- You have strong excel/google sheets and Powerpoint/google slides experience
- You have a great eye for detail
