Senior Planner RC Frame/Gwk’s West London £80-£85k DOEMy client is a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of £100m and work on projects to the value of £25m.
About the Role: This is a new role for my client and you will play integral part for the business reporting into the Preconstruction Director. They are growing their team and need an experienced Planner with an RC Frame background.You must have the following to be considered;
  • Strong Groundworks & RC Frame experience
  • Fluent with Asta, Experience in Revit & Synchro
  • Producing tender stage and contract stage programmes
  • Producing tender logistics & sequencing
  • Producing methodology documents
  • Producing labour and plant resource allocation and comparison against tender budgets
  • Substantiate delays and assisting in delay analysis
  • Progress updates on live construction programmes
  • KPI’s and Baselines
