Senior EstimatorLocation: Bristol (North)Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits + Car / Car AllowanceSenior Estimator required to join expanding regional arm of a national market leader.Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading the Pre-Construction teamLeading the estimating of contracts and projects during pre-contract/tender stage, whilst also being involved with pre-feasibility costing.This is a varied and interesting role with a range of projects and clients to work alongside.The key duties of the role are:
  • managing commercial/ financial and technical risk
  • measurement / BOQ work
  • tender submission, client meetings - leading handover documentation and process
  • full cost appraisal and options for different methods and processes
  • supporting Bid Management and Bid-Team work as required.
To be considered in this role you will ideally be working on projects £5m + and have experience in either main contracting or development work streams. Support will be offered by Estimators in close regions, an Assistant Estimator and local administrative support.You will also be able to share the knowledge with the Contracts/Project Management and Commercial Teams you will work closely with.Benefits
