π Pay Grade: 3.2 (Relief)β Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence
- Door Supervisor (DS) licence preferred
- Security Guarding (SG) accepted, but must be willing to train and obtain a DS licence (training provided by Securitas)
- Previous security experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Physically able to patrol and stand for extended periods
- Varied role including gatehouse duties, patrolling, access control, and customer interaction

- Control site access by checking relevant ID and verifying entry requirements
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure security and provide a visible deterrent
- Monitor for and respond proactively to any potential security risks
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Enforce access control policies, monitor entry/exit points
- Conduct thorough vehicle and individual searches in line with site protocols
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and security incidents
- Valid SIA Licence or meet the requirements state above
- Commutable Transport links / punctual
- RTW in the UK & 5-year checkable history
- Good customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
