Working in the vibrant city of London, you'll never be short on work-life balance options, with an array of cultural and social activities right at your doorstep.What you will do:Provide a professional social work service to adults, their families, and carers in line with Care Act 2014 requirements.Engage with individuals, families, groups, and communities to assess needs and employ a range of interventions promoting choice, control, and independence.Demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, managing higher levels of risk while liaising with a wide range of professionals.Assist individuals, carers, and families in developing support plans using a strength and asset-based approach.Actively promote wellbeing and independence and facilitate contingency planning to address complexities and changing circumstances.Provide guidance on the use of Personal Budgets and Direct Payments to enable informed decisions.Ensure compliance with relevant legislations, including the Care Act 2014, when using advocacy services and carrying out reviews.
