Cover Supervisor (Full Time/Temporary)Grimsby£17,238 - £25,350 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)October 2025 - ongoingAre you looking for a flexible and rewarding teaching opportunity in secondary schools? - no formal teaching qualification required!Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a high motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver various lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of short/longer term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism. The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons whilst managing classroom behaviour.Requirements:The desired Cover Supervisor will:
  • Have experience teaching large groups of students aged 11 - 16
  • Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
  • Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
