  • Experience working in a marketing and communications environment, developing content and providing administrative support
  • Knowledge of the local region
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively coordinate projects and deadlines
  • Experience liaising with third-parties
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office. Desirable experience using Photoshop/Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent
Summary of roles and responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
  • Support campaign activity by assisting with the coordination and delivery of marketing materials (e.g. posters, leaflets, digital assets) for tram stops and onboard services.
  • Assist in content scheduling and updates across Supertram’s digital platforms, including social media.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to help deliver advertising and promotional activity, including booking media placements and collating assets.
  • Help prepare reports and summaries of campaign performance, digital activity, and media coverage.
  • Support event and project logistics
  • Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries, ensuring brand materials are up to date and accessible.
  • Liaise with internal teams and partners on basic information-sharing and distribution of marketing materials.
