- Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, supporting their growth, wellbeing, and performance.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values quality, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Lead design for a product area, balancing people management with hands-on contribution.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional leads to shape strategy and execution.
- Guide the team in applying our design system, accessibility practices, and platform-wide UX standards.
- Facilitate design reviews, support research initiatives, and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
- Report to the Head of UX and contribute to broader design leadership initiatives.
- 6+ years in UX or product design, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Experience designing complex systems or enterprise platforms.
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and elevate design conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individual designers.
- Hands-on design experience with Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS or financial planning software.
- Familiarity with modeling tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Strong interest in developing UX strategy, process, or design operations.
