
Maintenance electrician

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment, including: Lighting, power, and control systems Motors, generators, and transformers Fire alarm systems and other safety equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
- Carry out repairs and installations of electrical components and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work independently and as part of a team
- A proven track record as a maintenance electrician with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge
- Experience with PLC systems and control systems (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS check required
