We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning housing association with schemes across Dorset, Devon, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire who are looking to appoint a Supported Housing Operations Manager on a permanent basis.This will be a full-time home-based position with regular visits across their schemes, with a salary of £45,000 per annum.The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a housing service and strategic direction to service managers across a large patch.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing a quality, outcome focused Supported Housing service across a llocality-based portfolio directly managed services
  • Providing day to day leadership, operational management and strategic direction to Service Managers offering accommodation support services for Young People, those with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and that key performance indicators are achieved
  • Setting clear goals and expectations of others and monitoring KPIs, with a key focus in relation to the management of arrears and voids
Experience required:
  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience dealing with young people who may have learning difficulties and mental health needs
  • Experience setting clear goals, and expectations
  • Experience working with customers within housing
Working hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
