- Ensure incoming customer calls and e-mails are answered promptly and professionally.
- Work with the customer to achieve first call / contact resolution where possible.
- Ensure that all systems are up to date with required information and in line with internal and external compliance.
- To ensure an effective customer service is given to the highest standards in line with internal quality guidelines.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring a strong, positive and profession relationship is built.
- Ensure a positive relationship is developed with key stakeholders including relevant Regional Operational Management.
- Make sure clients receive requested products/services in a timely fashion
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals
- GCSE in Math and English
- Computer Literate (Microsoft office packages, email)
- Experience in a customer service environment
- High level of complaint handling and call control skills
- Ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis, via the phone with all levels including management, team members, internal and external customer
