You will be a key business partner to senior leaders, ensuring decisions are supported by robust financial analysis and insight. Managing a dedicated finance team, you will drive performance, efficiency, and compliance, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making.Lead, motivate and develop the finance team to achieve organisational objectives.Oversee cost accounting and component accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Deliver high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.Ensure financial management within a highly regulated environment meets audit, legal, and sector requirements.Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls.About YouWe are looking for a finance professional who brings not only technical expertise but also energy, people skills, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will have:Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Proven managerial experience, inspiring and developing teams.Experience working in a highly regulated environment.Strong analytical skills with a background in cost and component accounting.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the organisation.Alignment with the organisation's values and commitment to making a positive impact in the housing sector.What is on OfferCompetitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000.Flexible hybrid working – 3 days per week on site in Lancashire. * 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
