We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Frontier team, based at Market Drayton, on a permanent, full-time basis.You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and service delivery at the Market Drayton and Eccleshall sites. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive, collaborative culture focused on a customer first approach, while ensuring that all Frontier sites operate safely, legally, and in full compliance.The Benefits

About You
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels with key customers & local authorities
  • Motivate and create a positive team environment while providing team with clear direction, while using delegation appropriately to ensure team development
  • Ability to adapt quickly to accommodate changing business and customer needs, while providing a responsive customer focussed service
  • Attention to detail providing high levels of accuracy
  • Experience of managing P&L's
  • Experience of leading, managing and developing teams
Your RoleAs an Operations Manager your role will involve:
  • Lead and manage multi product line sites (Seed, Crop Protection, Retail)
  • Ensure sites within the region remain safe, legal, and compliant
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders within the region
  • Develop sites and team members
  • Drive efficiencies and challenge the process to ensure that the sites functions operate to best practice while maintain high levels of customer service
  • Create a customer first culture
  • Ensure compliance with the company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
  • Plan and deliver budgets including CapEx and R&M for the region
