- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in trade finance instruments including LCs, guarantees, collections, and supply chain finance.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes (e.g., SWIFT standards, ICC rules) and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to shape product features and roadmaps.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Validate solutions through UAT and assist with production rollout.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales) and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Define reporting requirements and KPIs in collaboration with data teams.
- Support analytics initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, Working Capital solutions, and related operational workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
