This role is critical in bridging business needs with technology solutions, focusing on digitizing and optimizing platforms across Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Working Capital. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in trade finance and a strong track record of agile delivery within financial technology environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Domain Expertise
  • Provide subject matter expertise in trade finance instruments including LCs, guarantees, collections, and supply chain finance.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes (e.g., SWIFT standards, ICC rules) and assess their impact on technology solutions.
Product Development Support
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to shape product features and roadmaps.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Validate solutions through UAT and assist with production rollout.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales) and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.
Data & Reporting
  • Define reporting requirements and KPIs in collaboration with data teams.
  • Support analytics initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, Working Capital solutions, and related operational workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
