The private credit group focuses on a broad range of strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, and special situations, primarily across developed markets. What the job involves
Source, evaluate, and execute investments in senior and subordinated debt instruments
Lead due diligence, build financial models, and screen investment ideas
Present and discuss potential deals with internal teams
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the investment process
Have exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to portfolio oversight
Who we are looking for
Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in a leading investment bank's M&A or leveraged finance team, a specialist restructuring or debt advisory firm, or a credit investment firm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, team-oriented environment
A strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree being the minimum requirement
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
