- Business Partnering: Provide essential HR support to our schools and central team, offering expert advice and guidance to line managers
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with the academic lifecycle, school policies, employment law, and current HR best practices
- Employee Relations: Manage a variety of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, capability, and grievance cases
- Organizational Change: Lead and support organizational change projects, including TUPE transfers
- Manager Empowerment: A key part of your role is to help managers develop their skills and confidence to handle people issues independently and effectively
- HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects that focus on adding value to the organization

- Demonstrable HR experience at an associate or manager level
- Experience in a large, complex and regulated environment is essential
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with a diverse range of people
- HR experience in the education sector is a plus, but not required, as training and support will be provided
