Experienced NHS Administrator / Receptionist urgently requiredAre you available ASAP?Becky at JT Recruit would like to hear from you and discuss this great opportunity for a NHS Trust celebrating, it's 150th year based in Cambridgeshire CB1.They truly strive for quality; it is at the heart of all they do and are proud to provide high quality services that enable people to live healthier lives and receive care closer to home.This NHS Administrator / Receptionist role is a temporary post, full time hours of 37.5 hour per week anwill be a site based role.Duties:Receiving and dealing with calls, emails, correspondence and other contacts from service users and professionals and handling these as required.Recognising the extent of their competency and identifying when referral to a clinician is required.Recording details of all contacts with service users and other professionals using SystemOne (S1) and other systems as appropriate.Ensuring that follow up actions from calls, emails, correspondence and other contacts are progressed efficiently and effectively.Acting as a friendly first point of contact on Reception on our bases, checking in patients on arrival, liaising with clinicians and facilitating a positive patient journey.Completing administration tasks on S1, including scanning onto patient records, registering referrals, checking tasks, updating service user information, running routine reports and registering service users who have transferred in.Confirming appointments via S1.Booking interpreters as requested by clinicians and following up bookings as required.Management and maintenance of meeting room calendars.Necessary Skills or Requirements:GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above or equivalent qualificationNVQ 3 (Administration related) or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEffectively priorities and co-ordinates own workStandard keyboard skillsProven skills in effective use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work flexibly as part of a teamExcellent time management skillsAbility to use initiative without close supervisionAbility to handle conflict/empathise with service users who may be in stressful situationsHave good attention to detailYour next role is here with JT Recruit, apply today to Becky 01332 743438 or email
