Location: Nuneaton
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm.As a Technical Operator, you'll be hands-on with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment - including packaging lines, seasoning systems, conveyors, and high-speed filling machines. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with a strong focus on quality and performance.Benefits:

- Operating and monitoring machinery in line with production targets and safety protocols.
- Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
- Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Training teams.
- Driving improvements by suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working.
- Using digital tools, such as Redzone to track production and report issues.
- Experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Confident communication and computer literacy.
