- Identify and convert new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within corporate end users and commercial property groups.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage projects from initial interest through to contract signature.
- Partner with external funders to present viable funding and finance options to clients.
- Support the growth of our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services by identifying and developing new opportunities.
- A proven track record of selling commercial PV systems is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding of Solar PV, battery storage, and the wider UK energy market.
- Experienced in consultative sales, including managing tendering and bid processes.
- Ability to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of financial and funding models.
- Highly results-oriented with a resilient work ethic and problem-solving approach.
