Your responsibilities will include:Delivering high-quality person-centred care to individuals, especially those living with dementiaSupporting daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and medicationEngaging residents in activities that enrich their quality of lifeProviding companionship and emotional supportMonitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeingCollaborating with family members and healthcare professionalsWhat You'll NeedExperience in dementia care is desirable, but not essential - full training providedA caring, empathetic, and friendly personalityGood communication and teamwork skillsA willingness to learn and grow professionallyFlexibility to work varied shifts based on service needsPlease note: This is a Bank position to provide flexible cover for absences, so working hours and days will vary.
