An excellent opportunity has arisen within the nursing team at Woodlands school. Woodlands school is a specialist educational setting for children and young people with complex health needs, aged 3-19 years. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working as a member of a small nursing team and gaining knowledge across an array of specialties, strengthening multi-professional working relationships. Obtain consent prior to giving care in accordance with Trust policies.2. Competently undertake delegated duties in line with patient care plans.3. Ability to use your knowledge and experience to undertake non-routine duties and an understanding to take decisions within your area of responsibility.4.
