Start Date: SeptemberAbout the Role:Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Bristol, starting in September. An earlier start date may be permitted. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support students with various educational needs, helping them to thrive in a positive and nurturing learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering personalized support for students with a range of special educational needs.Provide one-on-one support for students during lessons, activities, and daily routines.Create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.Help students build confidence, social skills, and develop their emotional well-being.Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education.Assist in preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources.Qualifications & Skills:No formal qualifications required—we welcome applicants with a passion for education and working with children.Experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus, but not mandatory.
