
Project Delivery Manager

- Work closely with Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Lead Developers to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Take ownership of features and fix work items, managing them through development, testing, and release, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Facilitate team ceremonies such as grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews to support continuous delivery and alignment.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure visibility of timelines, priorities, and potential blockers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of your product area, including key features, user benefits, and how your team’s work contributes to the wider platform.
- Prepare high-quality release documentation, internal briefings, and training resources to support smooth rollouts and partner readiness.
- Collaborate with Partner Support to help identify, resolve, and prevent product-related issues, driving continuous improvement in quality.
- Focus on reducing rework by promoting early-stage clarity, rigorous acceptance criteria, and proactive testing.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery processes, helping to improve team rituals, standards, and documentation practices.
- Mentor and support fellow Project Delivery Managers, sharing best practices, domain knowledge, and delivery techniques.
- Meet with dealers, partners, and manufacturers to gather feedback, validate requirements, and support implementation efforts.
- A keen interest in delivering software features in a product-led or agile development environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving in parallel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident with developers, stakeholders, and external partners.
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience running or supporting grooming sessions, release planning, and backlog management.
- A logical and methodical thinker with a strong sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with SaaS, DevOps culture, or dealer management systems is a plus.
