This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while delivering financial support, insight, and strategic business partnering.As the Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making.Taking the lead on financial reporting for your business areas, with a focus on accuracy and strategic insight.Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departments and projects.Providing expert analysis and advice to non-finance colleagues, ensuring financial information is well understood and aligned with wider objectives.Building strong working relationships across both finance and operational teams, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Representing finance in senior meetings, helping to shape business performance through insight and challenge.This role offers excellent flexibility, with hybrid working available—typically requiring just one day per week in the Swindon office.
