- The Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 3.
- The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver tailored strategies.
- This Teaching Assistant role requires patience, creativity, and a flexible, child-led approach.
- Have experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly ASD or MLD.
- Be confident supporting emotional and behavioural needs in a classroom setting.
- Be a Teaching Assistant who can remain calm, consistent, and encouraging.
- Be a team player who communicates effectively with staff and families.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role, ideally with SEND experience.
