Test Analyst - Salesforce | £50,000 | Digital Transformation | Hybrid (1 day per week in the Cardiff office)We're supporting a large-scale transformation programme within a major enterprise environment and are looking for a Test Analyst to join a new Salesforce team. This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.The role: You will be leading the test analysts in testing and quality assurance activities. This position is responsible for overseeing the testing team, implementing test strategies, executing test plans, and ensuring that software applications meet quality standards and adhere to established processes.The skills and experience we are looking for:

Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, ideally on Salesforce (essential).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in test management and automation.
Hands on experience of System and System Integration testing.
Hands on experience UI and API test automation tools.
Experience of working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Salesforce certification would be a bonus.

Working pattern: Hybrid - 1 day per week in the Cardiff office.Alongside the salary, the benefits include:
