Mechanical Supervisor

- Proven experience supervising mechanical teams on industrial project
- Strong background in mechanical fitting and pipework installation
- Valid CSCS / JIB / CCSNG card
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical discipline or equivalent
- SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)#
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Own tools and full 5-point PPE
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in power, petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar sectors
- Oversee mechanical fitters and ensure work is carried out to specification and schedule
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow on site
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
- Assist with material take-offs and reporting progress to senior site team
- Support hands-on installation where required
