- Research and identify companies that could benefit from recruitment, HR consulting, or talent strategy support
- Reach out to potential clients in a respectful and personalized way, using the outreach method that suits your style
- Listen closely to client needs and propose thoughtful, customized solutions
- Consistently track your activity and share updates with the team (we're flexible with how you do this - voice notes, dashboards, or written summaries all work!)
- Work toward mutually agreed sales goals, while focusing on building long-term, trust-based partnerships
- Have experience in commission-based or freelance B2B sales
- Are curious, strategic, and energized by building genuine relationships
- Feel confident communicating in English, both in writing and in conversation (additional languages are a big plus!)
- Prefer working independently, but enjoy being part of a supportive community
- Are comfortable using CRM tools or digital platforms to stay organized
- Are adaptable and open to adjusting your approach based on client needs or feedback
